Senior Associate - INSEAD 22J - Africa

Now that youve finished your MBA and maybe even had a few years in a commercial role youll be looking for the opportunity to turn your insights into business results. As a Senior Associate and as a part of our Africa Team based in Johannesburg, those results could impact some of the worlds largest companies, in multiple sectors. You'll need to have permission to work in South Africa or Ghana, but you will have the opportunity to work on projects across Africa as well as potentially getting exposure to more global projects as the opportunities arise.

This role combines analysis with outcomes in a way that will challenge and develop you all the time with the full support and mentoring of your colleagues.

Once the recommendations built on your analysis are agreed to, you can expect to work alongside clients from the shop floor to the C-suite to help make them happen. Whether its process improvement, supply chain optimisation or back office transformation, youll help turn your recommendations into results for your clients.

The nuts and bolts

Were looking for Senior Associates across all our regions. Youll need to hold a distinction average in a Masters degree or MBA and up to 4 years commercial experience is desirable. Working with analytics is like breathing to us, so Excel and general math ability are important.
